About
Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who works with adults, couples, and families navigating life transitions, relationships, anxiety, depression, and challenges related to high-functioning autism.
I use evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, and Kazdin Parent Management Training to help clients process past experiences, build practical skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I aim to make therapy a supportive, calm space where you feel truly seen, understood, and empowered to move forward at your own pace.
I also serve on the Clinical Advisory Board at The Vanguard School and as a board member of The Segue Center, which allows me to share my experience and contribute to the broader community.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
CBT helps you notice patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and provides practical tools to shift unhelpful patterns. It offers a supportive, structured approach to build skills, manage stress, and create positive changes in daily life.
Trauma recovery & EMDR
Trauma recovery using EMDR helps individuals safely process and heal from past experiences, reducing the emotional impact of trauma and supporting a greater sense of safety, resilience, and well-being.
Parent Training & Kazdin
Parent Training provides a supportive, practical approach to help parents build positive routines, set clear expectations, and strengthen their relationship with their child. It focuses on skills that make daily parenting more manageable, empowering both parents and children to thrive.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
ACT helps you notice and accept your thoughts and feelings without judgment while taking actions that align with your values. It offers a supportive approach to build resilience, increase flexibility, and create a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
